Friday Night Flicks: Theatre Book — Macbeth

With a bit of witchery lingering from Hallowe’en, tonight’s flick is a pop-up book with a difference. The video features Macbeth by Davy and Kristin McGuire, and demonstrates the book’s built-in miniature projection mapping that operates automatically as the ‘reader’ turns the pages. I have featured the McGuire’s work before on Friday Night Flicks. If you haven’t seen their videos before you might want to check out Psycho — Homage to Hitchcock, The Hunter, or Dreams of Flight.

You could spend some time this weekend eating leftover Hallowe’en candy and checking out other Studio Mcguire videos from their Vimeo page.
