Friday Night Flicks: A to Z: Marvels in Paper Engineering

I love alphabet books, and I love pop-ups. Tonight’s flick presents a delightful book that is both an abecedary and a collection of movable structures. The volume A to Z: Marvels in Paper Engineering was produced to celebrate the 25th anniversary of The Movable Book Society.

Thanks to Robert Bolick for including the link to this flick in his post on Books on Books. You could easily spend several hours this weekend checking out other work by the contributors to the book. Bolick’s post has links to websites for all but one of them.

About Byopia Press

I have been working in the book arts field for more than twenty years, and operating Byopia Press with my husband David since the late 1990s. I began producing artist's books and altered books in 2004.
